well goto file in MM and click export i think it is, then u r given lots of options of wat u want to do with the movie, including emailing it 2 ppl i think.

Under the 'finish movie' tab on the left, click 'send in e-mail'. This will only work if the file is small enough.

you could upload it to you tube, then send the url.
that way, you could send it to more then one person, and put it on a myspace or website.
