If the Republicans have the need to desperately win the 2008 elections because its corporate constituents haven't yet met their oil profit or war profiteering goals, George W. Bush will be ordered to stage another 'terrorist' attack on American soil. This one will probably be in the Midwest, perhaps St. Louis or Chicago so that people in the 'heartland' have a stronger emotional investment.
Then Bush will be told to declare martial law, claiming that a change in administrations would not be in the "best interests of the country" at this time.
On the other hand, if Republicans see things imploding all around them - and face the possibility of the country's worst economic depression in history - they might mount a half-hearted campaign just for appearances' sake, letting the Democrats win so they can be blamed for all the troubles this country will begin to face in 2010.
The "prez" doesn't "plan" anything. He's simply a puppet who does as he's told by members of the Bilderberg Conference; the U.S. military-industrial complex (which Eisenhower warned about in the 1950's); his party's big-money campaign contributors; and the wealthy elitists who work behind the scenes to protect their interests. -RKO- 05/26/07
