A. Lobby Congress to change the laws so that long-term dependency is possible (TANF only allows a maximum of 60 months over a person's lifetime.)

B. Don't have the misfortune of being born poor. Many of these "dependents"- let's remember- are young children with no choice in the matter.

Join the army and get injured in Iraq.
When you come home the VA will disavow knowledge of your existence and you will shortly be living on the streets or with luck qualify for welfare

Be a single mother with lots of illegitimate children.
The welfare agencies reward mothers who keep having children..

Be Unemployed Be a drunk or Be on pills and drive nice car and ask for help i guess- That's all they seem to help-seriously
