My service engine light just came on in my car. When I drive it seems like it doesnt want to accelerate. I stopped at a red light and the engine was virbating kinda hard. What could be wrong when the service enging light comes on? My car has 154000 miles on it but mostly highway miles. HELP!

There are literally hundreds of possible causes.
Take it to a qualified mechanic who can read the fault codes and use that to determine the root cause.
Some auto parts places will read the code for free but by itself that can be worse than useless. More than one owner got an O2 sensor low voltage code and changed the O2 sensor only to find that the real problem was something else -- the O2 sensor was working fine. You need to know what component is causing the fault code and only a qualified mechanic can determine that for you.

The service engine soon light comes on to tell you a problem has happend in the emission system of the car.Please take it to the dealer they will scan it and tell you what you need to repair your car.
