Ok this question is on a math packet and the answer I got is 2/19 (fraction) but I don't think it's right because when I checked it, the answer was all whack.

x - 4 - 20x = - 2
- 19 x = 2
x = - 2 / 19

Here's how we solve this problem.
x-4(1+5x) = -2
x-4-20x = -2
-19x-4 = -2
-19x = +2
x = -2/19
Your problem was probably either that you dropped the -4, or you dropped the - sign on the 19.
