Fill them out and re-check them to make sure everything is correct. Take them to the county clerk's office so they can file the paperwork and also take the information so she can be served. You will pay the sherriff office to serve them and wait for a court date. Show up and your divorced. Usually it takes 10 to 45 days to for a court date. Since she lives out of state they would will publish it in the paper in the county she lives in and if she doesn't respond they will set the date. Good Luck

First you need to visit the county courthouse and obtain the Petition/Complaint and complete it along with a Service of Process form which tells the court that you have served the petition on the ex. ( Of course, the instructions are simple and on the Petition. Follow them to serve her).

What this entails is to complete the Summons and/or Accetpance & Waiver of Summons and send them to her.

That's it if the facts of your case are as you stated. If she is amenable then she'll accept service, you return the petition and proof of service and the court sets a date for trial or default judgement.

Basically, because the two of you have nothing, and if both of you want the divorce, it will be quite painless.
