Have an old chevy truck 1979 that has the typical rust around fenders and bed wheel areas. I do not have a welder or cutting equipment. Are there any tricks or products to stop the rust without cutting out the metal and replacing it?

They are things you can buy at your local auto parts store that will stop rust. This stuff can be painted on rust with a brush and will stop rust. When it drys it turnes to a flat black and can be painted over.
