As for myself I am not against Canadfian forces in Afganistan - the job they do the lifestyle they must adopt - Everyone knows these are extraodinary people who do amazing things every day

I am however against Harper's use of our troops - They are not his they belong to us the Canadian people -

And most Canadians want our troops home

As such I am against the orders Harper has issued in the name of Canada - It is Harper not the soldiers I am against

With luck this issue will kill Harpers government next election

The troops are being held hostage by the oil moguls (OPEC), and it is Bush that supports the oil moguls. I support the American military, not George W Bush and his failed Republican policies.

It is the terrible waste of good people that is the crime not the honor of those who have tried to do the right thing.

The went in for a lie, they did not have enough troops to do the job right, at every step where there was a good way to go and a horrid way, the Gang Of Pirates took the horrid way.

When ever there was a chance to provide the Troops with what they needed, or steal another million for their buddies, it was looters that got the money.

Even such basics as food and water was delivered in Pirate style. The water was unpurified. Even as it was certified and delivered as supposedly purified, by reports you could even see the critters swimming around.

Millions of Dollors was piad to KBR for food that was delivered spoiled. Even now the meals are only available 3 times a day even though the waiting line is a open opportunity for a mortar attack, all so the pirates can save a few dollars. Even as Contractors get grand buffets at swanky hotels, because they are on cost plus contracts.

The training and rules of engagement, force actions that would make criminals of girl scouts, it you are told to shoot civilians you have no other choice, Lt Watada is in the brig for defying those orders.

The worst war crimes are being committed by outside contractors who are paid ten times as much as a soldier and have no law to stop them, but it becomes the soldiers who get the blame. Abu Garib was run by such contractors but only soldiers are in prison.

When the soldiers get home they are also much more disrespected by the Gang Of Pirates who down play their injuries, and cut them loose without propper care, even blaming the soldier for the PTSD.

That sounds like the Gang Of Pirates are the ones who really don't support the troops.

I doubt if you'll find anyone against the troops. As you stated they are only doing a job they volunteered for and really have no choice. Now should our commander in chief have put them into the position they find themselves in? I say no. Bush has horribly misused the troops, engaging in and creating a war solely for the procurement of oil. I know many returning servicemen and woman that feel lied to and disillusioned with the treatment their own president has subjected them to.

I support the troops. I hate how bush just throws them around as if he is playing chess with the world. In the end I will always be there for the troops, and if there in the war zone I'll be there to support.

I am vehemently opposed to Bush's use of the troops. He's a complete idiot. In 2003 the CIA gave him an intelligence report predicting everything that has happened so far and he completely ignored it. MORON.

Declaring an imbiguous "war on terror" was STUPID. Going into Iraq based on his lies was STUPID.

On September 12, 2001 we should have declared war on every country who supports terrorism: Saudi Arabia, Syria, Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Lebanon.

The world would have backed us up. Instead, this MORON of a president tells us to go shopping.

He's a JACKASS!

I support my government's use of our troops in Iraq. I do not support the undermining of the mission of those troops by the media or the democrats in this country. If we had remained united in the Iraqi effort, this war would have been over by now, but that would not have served the agenda of the two entities to which I refer.

I support my troops. I don't support the reason they're over there or the man that's leading them, though.
