They didn't plan this mess they just went in believing the lies that shiite muslims were telling them when they thought that Bush would overthrow saddam and leave - giving the shiites control. I guess both sides were lying and now the american people are expected to pay the price for this foolishness.
They did greet us with flowers and candy like they said, but now that they see the many permanent military bases we are building and the giant embassy we are building they recognize that Iraq is the newest American colony and we aren't leaving - ever. It's our oil now!! I don't know about you, but if China comes here tryiing to build permanent military bases and run this country I plan on fighting them with every means available - even if they label me a terrorist.
We won the war in Iraq the day saddam's government fell. That was the time to declare victory and hand the rebuilding over to an international peacekeeping force. George Bush wants to own iraq and anything less than that is considered a defeat in his mind. I refuse to believe that america is the evil empire, but I have no doubt that Bush, Cheney, and the rest of those neocons are as evil as it gets!

That's the problem like Colin Powell stated there was no plan, Bush & Cheney went in without a plan. When Saddam challenged Bush to a duel using whatever means Bush wanted to fight with, he told him at the time,"You'll get in easy but will never be able to get out. His own Daddy told him don't do this if you go in you have bought Iraq. He is slowly killing his Dad , have you seen him lately , he jumped out of a plane at 80 and was planning to do it again. But, now he walks with a cane and cries everytime he states my son, Bush said , "He ran his Presidency like he wanted and I will run mine the way I want to, he is a sorry bas***d.
