No. This is some kind of South American old wives' tale. Ask your ob-gyn.
My first thought was to tell you to get rid of your mol and keep your dogs. ;-)

No it doesnt.
Cat litter can cause an infection which can reach the fetus and cause miscarriage. Everything that eats meat has deadly bacteria in their feces, since cats touch theirs, and its in the house, that makes it all the more dangerous. If you have cats have someone else mess with the litter box when you're pregnant.
Pet fur will not hurt you or the baby in any way. lol.
Preeclampsia is when you're kidneys and other organs cannot support the stress of cleansing your body and the extra toxins from the baby, and so they start to shut down. your blood becomes toxic, which is deadly for you and baby. Its not caused by outside conditions such as pet hair. Stress, or terrible sickness might, but not hairs.

If pet fur caused preeclampsia I would have had preeclampsia as I am one of the worst house keepers in the world.
Anyway there are two schools of thought on preeclampsia: that the genetics of the baby causes it and that it is caused by nutrition. Personally I think nutrition is a lot it and you can read about that here:

There is no reason to get rid of your dogs unless a) you find you can no longer adequately care for them b) they prove to be a danger to your child(ren)

That's not true. That can cause a different complication, but that doesn't cause preeclampsia.
They say that preeclampsia is most likely caused by a lack of nutrition or gum disease, though the specific cause is not yet firm.
However, pet dander does not cause it.

Asthma can cause pre-eclampsia and asthma can be triggered by pet dander. Here's the supporting research from The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. http://www.greenjournal.org/cgi/content/full/104/3/585
If you don't have asthma, I don't see a problem.
