Holding anger may cause some health risks, something minor can lead to something major. Anger can lead to stress, which can weaken your immune system. If this anger deals towards holding grudges, this would probably make you a bitter person that no one wants to be around! I say stop holding on to that anger, if YOU are angry with someone, you be the bigger person and forgive them, don't worry about THEM, first you have to let that anger go, and once you do, it's up for that person to decide what to do with it. Anger only tears you down.
