Sometimes you can go to a tire place and they will have the necessary tools to take the lock off, in a last case scenario you can heat the lock up with a blow torch till its red hot and strike it with a sledge hammer and it will snap off, however you'll have to replace the stud. I'd try the tire shop or locksmith.

You can hammer a socket on that fits tight over the wheel lock and use a breakover bar or ratchet to loosen. The wheel lock and probably socket will be ruined, so use a cheaper socket and replace wheellock with new lugnut.

some time if you take a 12 point socket that just fits over the end of the lock and beat that sucker on the lock with a hammer as far as you can, try to keep it straight and you may be able to use a breaker bar to get it loose. good luck.

Tire stores usually have universal sets to remove locks on customer's cars that are lost or missing. or do the pound on the socket trick--just make sure to use an impact socket---stronger, won't crack.
