When I sleep out, like at a friends house, I start to feel sick, like nausea, and sometimes even throw up. I don't know wy this happens to me, but it prevents me from doing a lot of things socially. Please help me ot understand why I do this to myself.

You may be feeling anxiety (subconsciously) about sleeping in a place you are not used to. Instinctually, you are not sure if this place is safe for you, so your body reacts nervously.

(This may not be it, but this is just what I think may be happening)

could be anxiety or could be something else. Im not sure, but i have a friend whos the same way. at sleepovers if she stays up too late, she gets sick the next day. shes starting to grow out of it though..so im assuming u will to. just try to relax and not to think about it.

good luck =]

Social anxiety. You have to deal with your head.
