It doesn't happen as much as it used to. I guess I'm not as hopeful about as many things as I used to be.
That sounds like resignation, but it's not. I'm simply more discriminating now about the things that I hope for, and more determined in my efforts to achieve them.
I no longer hope for material things, I seek health and wisdom insight and knowledge.
I require very little as creature comforts go, but I still seek genuine friendship and love. Things you have to search for and work hard at to sustain.
