What is the best Internet provider for gaming that is still at a reasonable price?

I play a lot of Halo online and the internet connection is split between my xbox, another xbox, and my computer so it seems to make it so I always have lag. I need an Internet connection that will still be fast after being split up.

Verizon DSL has ALWAYS been faster for us than RoadRunner. And MUCH cheaper.
