Did you try a plunger yet?
Fill the sink and use the plunger (same as for the toilet), force water in and out of the drain.
VERY MESSY, but pulls out most of the hair and stuff! Did i mention MESSY!???
(be sure to clear the counter and everything around the sink. Guaranteed to get MESSY!)

Vinegar and baking soda will help "naturally" burn some of the debris in your drain.

good luck

If the catch is sparkling. Is there a disposer on one sink? utilising a disposer to do away with potato peels motives sewer clogs down the line. besides this could take 2 people. With water in sinks. Have one guy or woman push down on a sink drain stopper interior the sink that has the connector pipe. the 2d guy or woman will use a plunger on the sink over the drain pipe. Plunger it till it opens up. examine tightness of pipe connections after it is complete.

I had good results with a half cup of salt first, let sit a few minutes
to soften any greasy substance, then a tablespoon or so of baking soda, followed by a cup or so of white vinegar, wait a few minutes, plunge if you have a plunger, then rinse clear by filling sink with hot water and opening drain.
If handy with tools, place shallow bucket under U trap pipe beneath sink, loosen the two nuts holding it onto downspouts, remove and clear physically, before reinstalling.
Hint: Plastic replacement U trap if you now have metal. It tends to clog less often.

use a plunger. cover the overflow drain (the little hole at the top) with a wet rag or your hand and plunge away.

if you have some serious hair and stuff, you might have to take of the p-trap (the drain part under the sink that is bent over then up then down) and check for a clog.

if that doesnt work, you can get a snake (a tool for clearing drains) and see if you can swiggle it down the drain pipe.

Pour about a cup of baking soda one the drain then 2 cups of white vinegar on top of that. Let it sit and bubble and work it's way down the drain. Alot of people like to pour boiling water over the drain after the vinegar and soda sit awhile. I've never had to. After about an hour or so, check to see how it drains, if still too slow, then repeat. You should have a free flowing drain really soon. Best of luck!

They have thoes air canasters I think they are made by Drain'O or something and you put it upside down in the sink and then push down and it forces air out into the pipe and unclogs it, Im not sure if it uses chemicals or not but It works I guess...

It is usually clogged from hair trapped in the stopper lift mechanism. Look under the sink and unscrew the plastic cap holding the lift lever in. Now remove the stopper and clean all the hair off. Replace and it should be fine.

Get a fairly robust metal wire and ram it down your drain hole, with any luck you may be able to fish out a clod of hair or whatever else is blocking it. Alternatively you could go under the sink and dismantle the pipes to do the same thing. (plumbers job)

The clog usually is in the trap, its the elbow looking piece of pipe. Removing it and cleaning it out can usually fix the problem.

You can also plunge it just like a toilet.

Use a plumbing snake. Better yet, call a plumber. My plumber said to NEVER use the chemical stuff you buy at the grocery store because it can harm your pipes.
