How to get rid of error code 5?

When I type in my Yahoo ID and password a message comes up saying error code 5. How do I get into my email?

I have been using computers since they were the size of a coke machine. And I have never heard of an "error code 5."

Suggest that you contact, Yahoo Support and ask them what is this error code 5.
