Hmm, the UK will always be with the US, so I'll say they will be our best friends. Growing tensions with Russia over everything seem to be leading down a bad road. (I really dislike Putin) Other than them, yea theres North Korea and Iran, but no offense to them, they can not do much, and their leaders have a little too much confidence. So, my bet is with Russia as a foe at least, and UK as the ally.

Great Britain, Australia, Canada, Japan, Italy, Greece, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, etc...etc....etc......
The dictators and despots are a dying breed - the U.S. is the worlds oldest modern democracy (1776) followed by Denmark (1849.)
In 1970, only 25% of the world states were electoral democracies - in 2006, that number was 64%.
The United States, it's economy, it's standard of living and it's freedom is a thorn in the side of every dictator and power thirsting lunatic in the world. A democratic Iraq, for instance, would be a definite wake up call to the oppressed peoples of the Middle East.
