Depends on the reason for your eviction. If you violate ANY of the terms of your lease contract, the landlord may start eviction proceedings immediately. Chances of your having 90 days are slim to none. You are expected to honor the terms of the agreement. If you fail, you can be evicted without further notice.

You haven't provided any details of what is going on, so there's no way to possibly advise you. State and local laws will determine if you have any right of possession. Without knowing where you are it's not possible to advise on what your rights may be, if any.
If you're being evicted for non-payment of rent you do not have any right of possession and the landlord is entitled to have you and your belongings put on the street as quickly as possible. You may be able to convince the judge to give you a brief stay of execution of the eviction order but don't depend upon it.
If you've been sent a "Pay or Quit" notice from your landlord, all you need to do is pay the rent you owe and you'll be fine. If you don't pay, the landlord will start eviction proceedings and you'll probably be out within a month or so.

How do figure that you have 90 days? What is the reason that you are being kicked out??
You can be current with your rent, and the owner/manger can give you a 'no cause notice to move-out within 60 days' They do not have to state a reason, and if you choice not to be out; a very, very, big mistake.
If you have not been paying your rent, it is a eviction notice. This goes on your credit report and most likely no one else will want to rent to you for a very long time.

Depends on if your on a month to month lease or yearly lease, also....... what your being kicked out for or if you are disabled or if you are a single parent with child.
Check "Renters Rights" in your particular state.
