Not true. This rumour sprang from the action of a Dutch border town which decided to ban Germans who crossed the border regularly to buy cannabis. Happy toking!

properly, I continuously say you need to attempt some thing a minimum of once. That does boost the question, even with the reality that, in case you smoke weed in amsterdam and also you come back decrease back to u . s . and get a drug try, will you get in difficulty? Sorry off problem. Anywho, attempt it on between the most suitable days you're there. I might want to assert do not smoke weed in any respect yet that would make me a hypocrite. this isn't any longer as cool as you imagine, i promise. Edit: It gained't make you ill for assorted days. If its you're first time, there's a wide danger you gained't even sense it in any respect, incredibly in case you do not smoke ( the completed respiratory in element). the more severe element that would want to take position "hangover smart" is that you've were given to take a huge poo contained in the morning.

There's discussion in the Dutch government about making it legal only for Dutch citizens to buy and use "soft-drugs" in The Netherlands but there's no such rule yet... At least not in Amsterdam... Some smaller cities in the south of The Netherlands (Limburg and Brabant) possibly will have this as a local law before the rest of the country, possibly...

No not true, Amsterdam is a great place, if you don't smoke no problem. If you do smoke, no problem, the choice is yours.
They just recently got rid of a Christian political group , that can only be a good thing.

Yes, tourists can smoke, and No it is not true that they no longer can smoke in coffee shops.

However, as with tobacco, you can't smoke everywhere. In fact, I advise you to smoke your drugs only in the coffee shops or in private. So don't smoke them in the post office, train station, shops, McDonald's, Rijksmuseum, Anne Frank's house, canal trip (no pun intended) or wherever you plan to go as a tourist.

That was definitely not the case last summer...and I have heard nothing of this new rule. I am a flight attendant and fly there all the time - I'm sure I would have heard from my various stoner crew mates if the rules had changed.
