Yes, tigers have striped skin. Saw one's chest and belly shaved for surgery once. The skin was striped exactly like the fur.

Yes, both Tigers and Zebras have pigmented skin. Most furry creatures have different skin pigmentation on their skin that relates to the color of their fur.
Because of this, the skin under the black fur is darker, while the skin under the orange is lighter. Striped skin.

Yes they do.
A lot of animals have skin coloring that is the same as their fur.
Cows, horses... Its quite common.
Although obviously not everyone knows so.

No all the pigments are in the fur itself, not the skin. admitedly, i have never seen a shaved tiger, but generaly you can assume the same for most mammals.
