"Creation science" doesn't make predictions or offer verifiable evidence.
"Creation science" fails two important tests of science: it neither makes predictions nor makes claims that can be empirically verified. It simply makes proclamations by faith. Furthermore, creation scientists have yet to offer any scientific evidence that proves the case of creationism; their efforts are almost entirely spent critiquing apparent contradictions within evolution. Finally, the scientific credentials of the creation scientists are what we might charitably describe as suspicious.

This argument ignores the fact that a God was responsible for this action. Assuming that the Christian point of view is true, it would be worth considering that, what made these miracles or acts of God stand out, was that they were not normal. When it comes to the belief in a God, anything is possible, because a Hod can do anything. I am only saying something, because you said that you are a Christian.

Noah H...it has to be all about faith. a firm belief that what you don't understand can be explained as the work of god and leave it at that. and since it's the work of god you better not question it.

one more bit of info that should spark your brain cells with question marks...i hear a "creationist museum" has opened up somewhere in the country. concerned parents can bring their children to see displays of the "truth", where the world was created 6,000 years ago and dinosaurs and people walked around doing fred flintstone stuff.

Go and ask in the religion section if you are really looking for an answer.

I come to the politics section to talk about political issues...I go to the religion section to debate the merits of God (I am a Christian) but if you are really looking for an answer then you will have a better chance of getting it where this topic is discussed.

God created the world...why is it so hard to believe he was able to give it abilities to evolve and adjust...these scientific tests are fairly new in comparison to the age of the world...in 10,000 years let them show how the test can be proven on something that there is definitive proof is actually 10,000 year's old. then it can show it's accuracy and validity. until then we can only argue about whether or not they are true. Science proves itself wrong pretty regualrly..it is a good area of study but it has not discovered everything about itself yet.

With faith, you don't need to explain any of that. You simply have to believe. It's both a strength and weakness of religion, you have those who will not believe because there is no proof, and those who don't need proof to believe it all.

God created plates in the past 10,000 years, just like he did man. He also got the dinosaurs to sail on Noah's Ark. Doh.
