There is an ancient Egyptian legend that says the god Atum arose from the watery land that was the newly-created world, and having no mate, gave birth to his two children, spitting out his son Shu and vomiting up his daughter Tefnut. The three of them then created the world, Atum's tears becoming men.

I don't know of any legend that has to do with the water-bearer.

The only one I can think of that is close to that is Athena, who was born out of the head of her father, Zeus.

Apparently, Zeus ate the mother, Meta, after sleeping with her for fear of a child being born that would dethrone him. It was too late she had already conceived. When the time came she burst out of Zeus's head, fully grown and clad in armor.

If there's actually a story of someone giving birth from their mouth, I haven't heard of it. This is the closest i could find.
