It is easier to listen to your head. You can think things out and rationalize your actions or beliefs. With the heart, it is the opposite, there is no rational.
You must take the things you feel and know in your heart by faith alone, you can't see, or explain them you just know.

they are combined.
your mind listens to your heart and then by listening to your heart decides what to do. so really they are the same thing. they are both easy.

to my head..i can't listen to my heart anymore it just leads me to disappointments & nonsense...I am much more rational now &use common sense & just listen to my head..
