especially when you're full of emotions.
most people today don't do it, but they say it's a way of self-awareness.
so it's a good thing.
and it's proof that we're a higher species.
it's called "interpersonal communication"
and there are many types of it,
some of which include:

day dreaming
nocturnal or lucid dreaming
literal speaking to oneself, whether it's reading a book, saying ones thoughts, or carrying on a conversation
writing thoughts or observations down
speaking gestures (ex: body language)

all of these can be considered communicating with oneself, but it depends on how often and how conscious you are of it that will determine whether or not you are normal or insane.

everyone seems to think that people who talk to themselves are crazy, but it could just mean that they are more in touch with themselves.

so.

i talk to myself.
but i think it's healthy to verbally get my thought's out of my head.
