Unfortunately, unless you have developed a new form of surgery, no. Actually, even though you most likely won't care, here is a little funfact about why people CAN'T really give skin to other people. The body's cells each have markers known as MHCs (Major Histocompatability Complexes). These tiny markers identify youy cells as your own, and it is why your immune system doesn't eat up your own body cells. However, each person's MHC is different, except for, of course, identical twins. This is why even if you were to find a way to be skinned alive and be okay, and I were to be also, your body would reject my skin because it would identify it as an unnatural presence, and it would attack it. This is why skin-transplants don't work. Also, my skin would need some modification (slight) to fit you anyway, seeing as I am a guy, and you are a girl... Anyway, hope you enjoyed this quirky little tidbit.

Neutrogena makes some great exfoliate. Then you can always go to a tanning bed. Poof. New skin.
