He doesn't, that's just what Satan wants us to believe.

Only people God had ever favored over others were the Jews in the Old Testament. After Christ and His sacrifice all are equal under the blood, only prerequisite is that you believe in that sacrifice.
A few quick teaching, the sun shines on the just an the unjust, the rich and poor and that Satan comes as an angel of light. So some favors are not necessarily from God. Some of the small things in our lives are the real blessings and can be missing from these other people's lives and we don't even see it.
Our peace, love and friends are a greater favor than money, good luck or material possessions. It just seems some of us have to work harder for what we do have, physically, spiritual and emotionally but the rewards are so much greater.

But he doesn't. If you look at this from a christians point of view, they'd tell you it's because God promised not to meddle in the affairs of men. So anything that happens here on Earth is of our own doing. Did you have a bad life? Or maybe you think life doesn't treat you fairly? I think we've all asked ourselves why some people get the good life while others have to struggle to get what we have. I think those who had to struggle to get where they are today appreciate the better things in life as opposed to those who just get it handed to them. They just expect it.
I know I've had some pretty crappy things happen to me already. There had been a point when I asked this same question to myself. However, now I look at it like this. Things could always be worse. No matter how bad it gets. I'm thankful for the things I do have, and the friends I keep. I think we all should be. :-)

I really don't think he favors certain people. They never said life would be fair...right??? Some people are just born lucky.
Who's to say some people would consider you a very lucky person or me even though I don't always feel that way.

I feel like he does that with my brother, he is given everything in the universe and still he is so ungrateful... what a pity. I feel like I am given the better properties. I was given an open mind, open heart and the ablitiy to stand against the face of adversity. Those are the things that usually count to me.

According to the Bible, He doesn't. The word is "whosoever will." Whosoever will may come to Him,, drink of the water of life freely, be saved, etc. God loves all equally, and it's not His will that any should perish. So, each person is either among the "whosoever wills" or the "whosoever won'ts." And that's their personal decision...........

I don't think it is God. It is the ability of every one of us to catch the opportunities, to see and take the risk, to know how to manage well every situation. It is our mind and ability.
