You mean really alone or without parents guidance? Without parents but with friends, at 11. Really alone, at 13.

A good age would be 14, if they are going with friends not alone. Also if you or a another parent is dropping them off and picking them up.

im 19, and i remember the first time i went to the movies alone, well, actually my mother never let me go anywhere alone. even in a little town where nobody hurts and bothers anyone...but now that i look back on it, i wish i woulda snuck out a couple of times cuz it isnt as bad as you think
i would say, going anywhere alone, wether it's for dating or just chillin with a couple of buds - around 14

Everyone should go alone to a movie at least once.... You can see whatever movie you want, without sharing the popcorn!

as in alone-alone or dating-alone? alone-alone would be 11, and dating-alone would be about 13, depending on maturity level
