check your tyre pressure first, if its not that then it will be a damaged calliper or shock absorber on the lowest side . dont drive it till its fixed you may loose controll and kill somebody of it is something serious like a fracture in the actual frame of the wheel base.... but im sure it will be just a tyre with less pressure than the others ,
