The question is the ratio of accidents w/Roadster alone to Roadster and other vehicle(s).

First sentence says "3 do not involve another vehicle" (read: Roadster alone), which means 2 involve other vehicle(s).

The ratio is therefore 3 to 2 or 3:2. I don't know where fractions come in, but if I had to make guess, I'd say 3/2 :)
