Your question is clear. Are you saying that you feel tired when you don't get enough sleep? If yes, that is normal. Body needs rest and sleep is the best way of getting rest and clearing some toxins from the body. Consistent lack of sleep or poor quality can make one less attentive, moody, irritable and may affect many other aspects of health.

If on the other hand you are saying that you are not getting tired even with less sleep, you are on a high. This may be due to some exciting project which you are working on or some chemical imbalance in brain.

At 13, I myself, would have thrown this advice to the curb. But here goes anyway. Nothing is better than sleep. stimulants such as coffee just add to the problem.Skipping school is not the right answer either. Now dancing on the other hand, is awesome. You can set yourself free, losing yourself in the movements of your body and the beat of the music. Then, of coarse, a good night sleep. Stay away from stimulants, even coffee. The USA is taking advantage of the coffee growers anyway...paying the farmers 80 cents a pound and charging us at least 8.00$ per pound. make a choice now to be healthy. I have a feeling you are looking down the wrong path.

I work A LOT and have had this problem due to having to sleep in hotels and such.

Take 3 Mg of melatonin 1 hr before bed time. You can get this from the vitamin section in your local drug store, GNC or even Wal-Mart.

No side effects and no "DRUGED" feeling the next day.

Research melatonin and you will see the benefits.

Eat some protein and drink water

Avoid eating sugar and caffine as they can cause you to crash. You get a breif energy spike but they let you down. Don't over eat either

Take a "B" or multi vitamin - B vitamins help your body tap into its energy reserves.

Exercise - Oxygenate your blood and get it circulating , Take a quick walk outside and get some deep breaths of fresh air.

well when you sleep your brain is resting and then when you dream sleep your brain is getting rid of all the memories it doesnt need anymore all the useless facts you have picked up. aslong as you get the first bit of sleep the bit where your mind rest you will be fine so this means that sometimes you can manage with jst 4 hours of sleep.
