Personally, I have no problem understanding the meaning of the word "NO", but it is a good way to stop a person who just refuses to stop doing whatever you don't want them to do.
You must look that person directly in the eye and stand face to face and scathingly say, " "What part of "NO" don't you understand?" "
If you keep standing face to face and continue to look in their eyes, eventually that person will break eye contact, step back and you will either receive an apology or a mumbled reply not worth listening too.
Just hold your ground. Do not move at all and maintain eye contact.
It works everytime.

The "o" confuses me. I'm not sure if it's just a doodle or drawing, or actually a letter. Cause when I'm bored I make little circles, so maybe thats what it is. Or it could be a picture of someones mouth hanging open. Or a beginning of drawing a flower, it's just waiting for the petals to be drawn. It's so confusing. I'm sorry, I just don't understand it.
