My case was infraction, and I supposed to go to the some room number to register the community services and pay the survice fee. I missed that. It was withing 5 days. I missed that but I am going to go to there next week. What if they do not accept me? Do you have any experince like me?

The sooner you go, the better off you will be. You may end up doing time in jail because you didn't go to your appointment. If I were you, I'd hire an attorney to represent me. If you don't, you are much more likely to spend time in jail.

In all likelihood, the worst that will happen is that you will be assessed an additional fine of a nominal fee.
