The couple guys I knew named Jay were Jasons.
If you know the person's last name as well, then try looking them up on Intelius.com.
Intelius lets you know where they have lived (or have had bills in their name), their approximate age, and people they are related to or associate with. I use it a lot (not in a stalker-y way, just out of curiousity). I think people are only entered into the database if they are 18 or over, though.
