How do I "open up" the NAT on my linksys wireless G broadband router?

I am having problem playing online games on my Xbox 360 because the NAT is moderate, and it needs to be on a different level.

Well NAT (Net Address Tanslation) should only have an effect on games if it blocks some port needed by the game. You can open ports at the router which will allow the game to work if it needs INBOUND connections without your approval. In most cases since you establish the connection the router should allow the return communication. Check to see what ports the game says it needs open and just port forward them at the router. There aren't really any "moderate" settings unless its in a firewall which has nothing to do with NAT.
