In Seasons 1-4, the manager was Ryan (white guy) but he was replaced by Q (a black guy), why does Ryan still appear briefly at the beginning of each episode than? He doesn't seem to do anything, just say a bit.

ryan was the owner, and q was the manager. during the 4th season though, q was taken out of the show (i.e. he doenst get filmed) and the ideas were told to ryan
