neck exercises! my 6 month old sister does a lot of dat. she continuously moves her head to n fro n here n dere n she already has a pretty long neck according to her age!i dont know how ur gonna make ur daughter do dat but dis is d way.

massage the neck with oil and stretch it daily and give some exercise for the neck daily.
