I just recently got hired with a company and i'm 26 weeks pregnant. I've been turned down at other jobs as soon as I mention i'm pregnant so I didn't mention it when I got hired. I know it's late to start a job but my family is going through a tough time financially. I know that I will have to tell them that I am pregnant eventually but my question is can they fire me while still in my 90 probation period for being pregnant?

No, they can't. Also, they can't turn you down for a position just because you are pregnant. That is illegal discrimination. If you were told you were not chosen for a position because of pregnancy, go see an attorney.

You can say you didn't know you were pregnant, or say that you're not so far along. If you say that, then you have to tell them it was a premature birth

They can't fire you for being pregnant and if disclosure wasn't required when you signed up, then you are in the clear. Make your money now and after the baby is born, you can look for another job.

i am sorry to hear that you are having troubles.
probably in a probation period they can. especially if you live in a "red" state. you should ask the question again with the state clearly stated. if the company is large enough, you should also identify it and maybe others with better knowledge will be able to answer.

I am sure your current place of employment told you in writing that they can let you go within 90 days for any reason and that's that. Did you sign a document acknowledging something to that effect?
