I'd create a website, there are many free online website companies like geocities or I'd create a myspace page. If you want only people from your youthgroup to see it, you can make it private, that way you dont get pervs. Another alternative is have some content viewable so you can attract new members, but other parts private so that noone undesireable shows up at one of your events.

You always visit a place where youth hang out and ask them about attending, or you can even talk to a teacher or parents about your youth group/events and get them to encourage thier chilren to attend. You can also ask to advertise in schools and just encourage youth to attend your youth group/events.

Make some flyers up and pass them out everywhere you go.. The movies, your job, school, the mall, etc. There is also a web site called www.craigslist.com, find your city and state, and post an event bulletin, that way people in your area can find out about it also. Of course myspace bulletins are a good way too.

make a myspace for it.
put diffrent graphics
and facts about your you
group/events then go and try
and add every one in your area
hopefully that will wrok for you
or you can make a group on there and add every one one your friends list.
