after having sex for the 1st time with the person she love (assuming he is in love also), the girl gets insecure? What do they mean by insecure? and how exactly do they act? like do they ask if the guy love her or not? How come they go insecure? Are they worried about the guy leaving?

For Men, sex is just a physical need.

For women it is ALWAYS meshed with love, attachment and affection.

Right after sex, women (and men) feel vulnerable. It's that point in a relationship where things get more involved. And you feel like you're free falling into open space.
The feelings you're talking about usually pass after a few minutes. Sex just scrambles your head up that way.

WHEN A WOMAN GIVES YOU HERSELF TO A MAN THEN THAT IS HER WAY OF GIVING HERSELF WAY. BUT THEN THEY MAY FEEL LIKE MAYBE THEY SHOULD HAVE BECAUSE NO ONE REALLY KNOWS DEEP DOWN IF SOMEONE REALLY LOVES THEM SO THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO MAKE SURE HE FEELS THE SAME
