well long fingers can help you to be able to hit all the keys or valves better but it doesnt matter because as you get better even if you have small hands you will manage fine

No, that's not really true. On instruments like piano and guitar, having longer fingers can help, but it's not really that important. You just have to be able to reach each key and change fingering positions comfortably. Many people begin learning instruments at young ages(I started at four, but seven to ten is normal) and have no problems with playing the notes.

you play it better with long fingers but if you still practice alot you can bacome better than people with long fingers. and i play the piano and i have long fingers my teacher says im a natchrule um i spelt that wroung but if you are wanting to play i have trust in you.

ur fingers need to be long n slim to play electric guitar.
