I'm with Verizon wireless and I'm curious what happens when my contract ends. Do they send me a message or something on my last month saying I should make a new contract? Does it renew itself?

Nothing happens. You are just no longer under a contract. You are a month to month customer then, meaning you can change providers at any time without any type of early termination fee. You can choose to renew your contract to upgrade your phone, but you don't have to. You can always stay with your current phone, or get one off eBay, as long as it is a Verizon phone and its ESN number is clear, and have it activated. If you do that, you will not have to renew or extend your contract.

Nothing happens. The contract thing means that once you close a contract with a provider you cannot give it up or if you do you will have to pay. Once your contract ends you can give up your "collaboration" if you don`t like it, or, if you are satisfied and would like to stay with that provider, you don`t have to do anything, just pay the bills as you did `till now. From the date your contract ended you can give up your service any time.

It depends on what contract that you've used. Normally, you have to go in and either extend your contract or get a new one. If you have one of the older contracts then you can actually stay on your older one and it'll keep going at the normal rate. I'm guessing in the fact that they have not given you a warning that your contract allows for the automatic continuation of the contract...

Though, if it's up, I'd go and extend it for another two years and get a new phone..

even in the journey that your mom renewed the settlement you will get a clean telephone on the discounted fee. the telephone less expensive eligibility is going on once you won your final less expensive, not whilst your settlement grow to be renewed, yet with some businesses you get slightly extra leverage while you're out of settlement. whilst your settlement ends, it purely ends. You proceed your provider on the fee plan you have had. they might deliver you a mailing showing you new telephones or new plans, they might call you, they might do not something. in case you do not renew, you in basic terms do not. yet once you like a clean telephone you will might desire to renew to get the main inexpensive fee. it fairly is how they get you back in. generally you do not might desire to renew in case you purchase the telephone at finished fee. desire this helped you out.

They've changed stuff as far as taxting and stuff. I think you have to go to the verison store and sign a new contract like when you first got your account.
