It's a play on words, or a pun. Lachrymose is the word for being tearful or prone to weeping. Lacrymosa is a contrived word meaning being in a tearful mood and probably reflects the content of the song or album. (Note the spelling, hence my assertion that it is a pun, if your spelling is correct)

Probably "Lacrimosa", as taken from a theme in Mozart's Requiem. Literally, the word means "full of tears" in Latin, as in weeping or mourning
