Yeah, I do that a lot. I have a really short temper and sometimes when I lose it I do really stupid things. When that happens the best thing you can do is fix whatever is fixable and just pay the consequences for what isn't.

I'm usually pretty laid back, but the past couple of weeks I've been on edge around here. I think it's because of some stuff with my siblings and my mom passing away. Last night I just laid around and cried because I was mad at myself for being mean.
