Not to much offends me...especially not when Im being asked about something I love! My sexual preferenceis woman because I love women so why would I be ashamed of that! I am who I am...Love me for me or just don't love me at all, their lose!

depends on the person asking and their tone of voice
i get more defensive about the denial (about my sexuality, not theirs) i am encountering in some people than anything

no i'm not defensive, i'm proud of who i am and i dont have a problem telling someone if they ask me, however i don't think that it matters and who someone sleeps with isn't anyone elses business. but you should always be proud of yourself and your partner no matter who you are around
