I'm barefoot all year round indoors and outdoors. I used to be a real chilly-willy, always cold (not just my feet). Since I started to go barefoot ten years ago I'm rarely cold anymore, I feel much better year round. Most of us have pampered our bodies with airco in summer and heaters in winter, our bodies no longer know how to regulate their own internal heat properly anymore. Wrapping up is good to some extent (especially upper body & head, where our vital organs are) but in my experience it's been much better not to overdo it. Now my 'internal heating system' is working properly again and I'm much more comfortable in winter.

I rarely go barefoot anywhere, any time of year, even at home, and especially in the winter. It's just a habit I guess. Plus I don't want to injure my feet on anything. Ouchy!

Most of the year I go barefoot inside and out., I hate wearing shoes.

All year long, winter's don't get very cold here.

No. For the most part, I hate being barefoot. I only do it when its summer and too hot for socks.

too cold, i've got like 8 pairs of slippers. Its warm out today, i have the windows open, but still have slippers on
