Yes, you could be pregnant, even if he didn't ejaculate. Anytime a penis enters a vagina there is the possibility of it happening.
As for the spotting, it could be from the rough sex, it could be implantation bleeding, it could be the onset of an STD.
If it doesn't stop or gets heavier, or if you have pain, or other discharge, or if your period doesn't come, you should make an appointment with your doctor.

It is possible that the blood was simply from intercourse to be honest.. it happens to some women, especially if he is too rough or has a large penis. The discharge could be anything. Don't worry too early. Early signs of pregnancy are signs of practically everything.

It could be any number of things. It could be implantation bleeding and you are pregnant. It could be an infection. Either way, you should see a doctor right away. If it is an infection, you will want to catch it early.

he could of made your vaginal wall bleed or something.
and this may sound scary but you have abit of blood when you have CHLAMIDIA always worth getin checked out straight away, do worry. if u think ur preg then wait for your period. doesnt matter if he didnt cu/V\ inside of you, theres a thing called pre-cu/V\ its tiny little sperm cells on the end of his penus that are stil active and release themselves inside of you. pre-cu/V\ only last 72 hours then they die. and if he used the pulling out method, then you still could be cause they cu/V\ abit without knowing before they can actually feel it. thats why they slow down when they release themselves so they know that they have done so.
hope this helps xxx

We are not doctors or pregnancy predictors if you suspect you are pregnant and you missed a period go buy a home pregnancy test and then you will know if you are or not.
If you want to have sex but is not prepared to get pregnant use condoms and get yourself on birth control, abortion is not a form of birth control !!!!
