celebs are wisked away to a cosmetic surgen after they have babies, we however are not, you can get it close but you'll never get it the same without the help of a doctor. You'll always have the little belly (more of a small pooch) and saggy breasts. Thats the price we pay for having such wonderfull little things. Others may not see it that way, but i do. It helps me feel better anyway lol. You can tone and work out, yes that helps alot. also LOTS OF WALKING. I did that alot and lost all of my baby weight from my first 2.

My daughter is 23 months, and I look very similar to what I did before I was pregnant. My mid-section is not flat anymore, and my breast are a little saggy, but through clothes I look exactly the same. It's when I'm naked that I see the differences.
Those celebrites hire personal trainers and start working out hard and dieting immeidtely. It's not the healthiest thing to do, and it takes time away from the baby. Some actually have C-section/tummy tucks at the same time, and I've heard doctors say that it's not a smart thing to do at all.

Hi! I didn't get how long ago you gave birth, but do not despair!! Seven years ago, i put 20 kg on with my first pregnancy and couldn't even look myself in the mirror in the next months after the birth. I was size 34/36 and felt miserable when looking for jeans size 38/40...could i ever return to my old me?! I did!! Well, to size 36, which is great! I did breastfeed, but had to supplement my baby with powder milk since the day she was born. I took it slowly and eventually all the extra weight went away. What helped me the most was returning to the gym - i had very good abdominals and i regained them. This time (and 33 weeks pregnant) i think i will put on maybe 16 kg but i don't care. My baby is thin so i don't care about my own weight - all i want is that she grows well. But i am planning on returning to the gym as soon as possible. I know maybe it will be harder to get into shape again as i am 35 now, but i KNOW i can do it. And so can you! Cheer up and start exercising and eating more salads, fruit, yogurt and plenty of water! You can do it!
PS - my breasts did not go back to what they were, though, but i don't care. They got smaller after the first pregnancy and softer but as my boyfriend loves them, i don't care. Let's see how will i be after this second pregnancy, but know what? Being in love does make a difference in your self esteem

I'll never get my body back -- although admittedly it wasn't in the best shape of my life when I got pregnant. (But I'm not talking about weight -- that's the relatively "easy" part.)
Between the c-section and carrying twins, I have none- too- attractive extra skin on my belly that only surgery could even possibly get rid of. (And I'm not rushing to have any further abdominal surgery, let me tell you.) My waist is also wider, but what really irks me is the expansion of my rib-cage -- there's nothing I can do about that, and I was broadly built for a woman to start with. It is actually difficult for me to buy shirts now, and I'm very self-conscious about it.
The celebrities we see generally get back into some fantastic shape very very very quickly. How? Well, they had personal trainers working with them long before pregnancy and their bodies were in great shape to begin with. And they have personal trainers immediately after pregnancy. And, to be fair, it's also a matter of genetics, and clearly a lot of those celebrities are blessed in that department in ways that, well, I'm not. (I'll never be built like Kate Hudson or Angelina Jolie, no matter how many personal trainers I get.) And more than one, I'm sure, has had cosmetic surgery to help things along.
As for the genetics component, a friend of mine has had two children, who are three years apart (the youngest is just a few months old now). My friend is a small, slender woman to begin with, and was one of those women who remained small and slender when pregnant....even at 8 months pregnant, if you were walking behind her, you would have absolutely no idea that she was pregnant. She was a skinny woman with a bump on her belly. Now, after the two children, she looks the same as she ever did -- same hips, same flat belly, etc -- although I admit that's how she looks with clothes on and for all I know there are tell tale signs when she's unclothed. Yeah, I'm jealous.
But...I had several miscarriages and years of fertility issues before I was lucky enough to conceive, and carry, my twins. Yeah, I hate my rib cage and I'd rather lose that extra belly skin, but when I look at my children, well, I think it's a fair trade. ;)

Celebrities have a demand to be as skinny and fit as possible, they have personal trainers working with them throughout their whole pregnancy & are exercising way before you're supposed to after having a baby. Just so they can look that great. I think it's sickening & totally unrealistic, but that's just me ;o)
Pregnancy really takes a toll on your body, especially if you really let yourself go [like I did in my first pregnancy], but with hard work & eating right you can get your old body [almost] back.
I think doctors say it can take up to a year for your body to even start going back to what it used to be, so don't worry. Exercise, do crunches, eat healthy & soon enough you'll be looking fabulous :o)
Good luck, I know I hated the way I looked after having my first son so I know how you feel â¥

The celebs starve themselves, have cosmetic surgery, and pay big bucks for personal trainers. No, your body will never be the same. Your pelvic bones have spread, your skin stretched out, and your boobs grew. Just try to do exercises targeted to the hip/stomach/derriere area. You are a mother, bearer of life. Be proud of it. Rejoice in the fact that you can give birth, regardless of whether your body will ever be the same. There are many women out there that would give their left arm to be able to have children. Be thankful.

Well it is possible to get your body back after pregnancy. It also depends on allot of other factors like: Diet, excercise, your age, metabolism, and of course your genes. But if you excercise at least 2-3 times a day and vary your workouts between free weights and cardio you should be back. Just remember to take it easy and then build up the reps. Also, swimming helps to tone and burn fat as well.

I went back to my normal weight the first 3 times.. the 4th one was later in life and my metabolism wasn't as fast. Just eat right, exercise and it will be fine, you should be concentrating on the baby and making a home for your husband.
If all you think about is 'renting your uterus' and celebrity figures your not getting it.

I'm 24 and my baby in 13 months old and I still look pregnant. Before my first I was 120 lbs and before my 2nd I was 125lbs and before my third I was 130.bs Now I'm stuck around 137lbs and still look like I am 4 months pregnant. I think it's possible for us to get our bodys back. We need to dbe disiclined when we eat and we need to do lots of fat burning and cardio exercise.

I thought I'd never be the same, but after a couple years, everything was back to normal except some stretch marks. I ditched the maternity bathing suit and bought a bikini.
