Is there something wrong with your computer? I don't see any harm in doing it, but it would be pointless. Doing a system restore to the first day your computer was made, or wiping the hard drive would take some time and then reinstalling everything would take forever. If you really want to wipe you hard drive, be sure the first thing you do is install virus protection before using or installing anything else.

The computer can be left on or turned off or rebooted whenever you want.
The memory is the space where the programs are "run"; the browser, file manager, games, spreadsheet, whatever.
Some programs are not as efficient as others. Even when you stop them, they may still occupy some portion of memory. That is called a "memory leak" commonly. A virus may use this mechanism adversely. When you reboot, it generally clears such memory abuse. Rebooting is good in that sense.
It does not harm the computer in any other sense.

You reboot every time you start it up, what you means is re-install the system. It wont do any harm but it's pointless unless you have a system fault, I wouldn't bother, it's a lot of work for nothing.

It's not harmful, but timely and not any real point. Unless there is a huge problem or something loaded on the computer that you want to delete for absolutely for ever.

You can reinstate the system to an "as new" configuration, but why, unless you have a problem? You'll lose all your files etc., unless you've backed 'em up elsewhere, and the Law of Sod dictates that you'll miss one at least!

No, it won't harm the computer, but I'm just wondering why you would want to do such a thing?
