I used a paralininal recording last night before going to sleep, in the middle of the night I pissed the bed. What the hell is in thoes recordings that would cause me to do that?

Unless the recording was about romance, I would say that it caused you to go into a very deep sleep such that your brain could no longer respond to your body's sphincter signals. It can happen.

The recording seems to have temporarily altered one of your autonomous biological systems. I would be reluctant to continue to utilize any artificial means to alter my consciousness which results in this side effect.
